We help clients identify and avoid potential employment disputes and deal with them in a sensible commercial manner if they occur, representing employers and employees in both Tribunals and Courts.

We advise employers on a range of human resource and legal issues. This includes drawing up terms and conditions of employment, directors' service agreements, confidentiality agreements and employee handbooks. We assist employers to structure and negotiate redundancy and termination packages.

We also act for senior employees and directors working for national and international organisations. We provide our clients with clear guidance about how to confront problems and politics at work and, when needed, negotiate termination packages and compromise agreements. This will often require advice on tax issues, restrictions on further employment and share options. We have broad experience in unfair dismissal and redundancy claims and have acted in a number of high value sex discrimination and race discrimination claims.
