We are regularly involved in buying and selling businesses, setting up companies, partnerships and joint ventures, and drafting and negotiating shareholders' agreements, terms and conditions of business and a wide range of other commercial agreements.

Our expertise also covers intellectual property and we are able to advise on copyright, trademarks, designs and commercial secrets and on the granting of licences for software and other intangible property rights.

We act for clients in a wide range of business sectors, including marketing services, software development and IT services, human resources and recruitment consultancies, manufacturing and distribution, property development and construction, financial services and professional partnerships.

Many of our clients have business interests in central London but live locally, and see a clear benefit in having legal advisers close to home who are able to provide an attentive and personal service that compares with that offered by central London firms, but at competitive rates.
