Dispute Resolution Group
The Commercial Dispute Resolution Group is made up of two
experienced litigators and can also draw on the resources
of other members of the firm who have relevant qualifications
and experience.
Commercial disputes are by definition
a distraction from the fundamental purpose of any business
and are disruptive, uncertain and expensive.
Our approach is to work with our clients in identifying
the objectives they wish to achieve and to determine how
that goal can be secured in the most efficient, commercial
and cost-effective manner. Wherever possible we seek to
resolve disputes without recourse to proceedings and to
deal with matters in a pragmatic, commercial manner.
We are experienced in dealing with disputes for both individuals
and companies in the County and High Court and will always
seek to encourage participation in alternative methods of
dispute resolution.
